Volcano Experiment 2

The final report of the volcano is due on Friday, and I did a lot yesterday. We did the last few variable changing and I managed to find out how a volcano erupt. The last eruption was awesome, it was like a real volcano from Pompeii. The one before was even better, because I had food colouring to make it look like lava.

On the previous Volcano Experiment blog I typed, I said put cold vinegar to stop the eruption, now thinking of it don't do that, it would make the eruption stronger so don't do it just run. The Volcano model was first build of dirt ,we hid the bottle under the dirt. But after the eruption the dirt was washed away, which sucks. I mean the volcano can burn rocks, because it is lava.

I also messed one thing up, I spilled baking soda, and it erupted still, it made it looked like the volcano had friends. We also tried making it erupt with a bottle 2 times the size of the model we made. It did not erupt, probably because there was too much volume for the reaction to cover up. We tried with a bigger opening, it was just like the time we tried it with more baking soda, so nothing actually changes.

So the volcano experiment ended, I am about to turn in the report, and I hope I will be able to do this experiment again.
